I currently work as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Florence Copper, an in-situ copper recovery operation. My role focuses on environmental compliance, program development, and regulatory coordination within a highly regulated industrial setting. I support air, water, and waste programs, develop site-specific compliance systems, and work closely with operations, regulators, and internal teams to ensure environmental requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
Environmental Engineer | GCC
At GCC, I served as the sole environmental professional at New Mexico’s only cement manufacturing facility. I held full responsibility for environmental compliance across air, water, waste, stormwater, and quarry reclamation programs, and acted as the primary point of contact for regulators and corporate leadership. This role required independent technical judgment, close integration with plant and quarry operations, and ownership of environmental systems supporting a Title V–regulated facility.
